Really pleased, I'd ordered a "good" condition MacBook Air and it's near enough as good as new! Pleased with functionality as well, works perfectly! Unfortunately I'd ordered over the bank holiday weekend so had a bit of a wait for it but arrived very quickly once outside of weekend and bank holiday times.

I’ve been a Backmarket customer for quite some time now and let’s just say, the quality is exactly as expected for an excellent space grey MacBook Air- sleek, seamless and almost impeccable. The product was packed and delivered very carefully, and the quality and performance so far is amazing, definitely will buy more products again!

I can’t lie when i bought fair i was expecting multiple scratches and dents but there only one slight dent on the side the top of the macbook completely fine along with the keyboard and trackpad and the screen is completely fine too, the only thing i’ve noticed is the fan gets really loud at times but im not sure if that’s just because of the heavy work load or not but apart from that this was a fantastic experience and purchase and i will be buying from back market in the future

Ordered in the excellent condition and it litterally looks brand new. Came about a week within ordering. Was very easy to set up and it isn’t slow at all. Took me a min to work out how to use it but it’s fairly straight forward. Did need to update it but once I did I was able to make websites in to apps, e.g Netflix and things like that. Had a problem importing my photos from my phone to the Mac but I think that’s just a problem with iCloud and not the Mac itself. If you do have that problem though, you need to turn on iCloud sharing and plug ur phone into a cable that connects to the laptop and they import from your phone. Apart from that had no problems and love my MacBook!

Ordered an Excellent condition and it really is. Came the date stated. Looks new no scratches, perfect screen and was all ready to go through start up. Charger works well and macbook is fantastic. Would recommend and I'm already looking up my next purchase.
