Refurbished Dell 2 in 1 hybrid PCs

I was looking to replace my HP laptop with a smaller device that I could also use as a tablet. On paper, the Dell has everything I needed - plenty of RAM and a decent processor. Unfortunately, on arrival, it has a US keyboard, but has been set up with a UK keyboard in Windows 11. I logged a service request and subsequently returned the laptop. It transpired that these laptops are US spec and also refurbished in the US. The supplier had no equivalent laptops with a UK keyboard, however, they agreed to send me a set of UK keyboard stickers - I was a bit dubious at first, but when they arrived, they were of professional quality. The laptop is in excellent condition and does everything I want it to and is much faster than the newer HP I replaced. I have subsequently purchased a Dell port replicator and a Dell active pen for it. I would recommend Back Market for any future purchases.

The purchase was fine. The laptop itself... On a totally unexpected plus side is a touch screen, I wouldn't have discovered this if I hadn't tried to swipe away a bit of dust. But it's not as reliable a machine as my other computers, I feel there's some instability in Windows, the laptop will or will not go to sleep, will or will not find its cellular or wifi adaptor on waking up. It feels like 16Gb is not an adequate amount of memory as having a dozen tabs open in Chrome, plus two desktop messengers sometime bring the machine to the brink of death. I can't argue with the price tag on Backmarket, but wonder who'd pay the full 700-800 hundred for this very middle-range laptop.

Item is in top condition, wasn't expecting it to be this good. I just received it and I'm impressed so far!

i was skeptic about buying a second hand laptop but this looks nothing like a second hand, i really loved it

This laptop is very light and easy to carry around, perfect for a student. Very pleased with our purchase.

My son introduced me to Back Market after doing some research. I cannot complain at all. The machine arrived quickly as described and is perfect for the job needed. All good so far.

I was quite nervous about buying refurbished. So I did my research, spoke to friends, read the reviews... And I'm quite disappointed. I chose "fair", but I didn't expect the laptop to be so scratched and a bit dirty in the screen to keyboard joining section when it arrived. I've now been using it for a while and the battery life is really bad. It only lasts for about 3 hours. So, no. I would definitely not recommend.
