Very speedy delivery. Phone is in pristine condition. Updated to latest operating system. It seemed not to be very smooth at first but now working with no issues. Currently using a data eSIM whilst touring. So far so good. Would certainly recommend a refurbished handset from Back Market, this is my second!

I purchased an IPhone SE (2020) in ‘Good’ condition to replace my very well used IPhone 6. I was rather nervous about ordering a refurbished second hand phone but I needn’t of worried! Ordered on a Saturday morning and it arrived the following Monday, never received such fast delivery especially over a weekend. In much better condition than I expected, only a couple of specs here and there but hardly noticeable. Packaging was excellent. Came with a charging cable, Sim eject tool (very useful) and fitted with a screen protector. A real bonus, thank you! Overall very pleased with my purchase.
