I just can’t fault Backmarket at all. I’ve had an iPad, a MacBook, a iphone, an Apple Watch, and an Apple Pencil from here. Ranging from fair to excellent condition and quite frankly they’ve all been immaculate. The Apple pencil was in its original packaging. All of the technology was wrapped so well when it was delivered super secure and packed with lots of protection. All of the tech sets up as if brand new and the support from the company post purchase is incredible 10 out of 10 company would forever recommend.

Incredible, would highly recommend. Even though it’s an older model it’s absolutely perfect for my needs as a musician trying to replace sheet music. Great value for money.

Item came in “Fair” condition and was described as “Good” condition. There were scratches on the screen and also it has a yellow tint that doesn’t go away even if you change the settings. I will be asking for an exchange or full refund. Back Market customer support seems to be willing to help and they have ok communication (messages take up to 24 hrs which means you are losing days).
