The device was described with a condition of "Excellent" and it certainly lived up to its description! There wasn't a single mark on the screen or body. It's like brand new! I mainly use it for watching TV / Movies so I've adjusted the display & sound settings for the best viewing & sound experience. It's incredible! Vibrant FHD & FAB Dolby Atmos 4 speaker surround sound. 10/10! Music played from my Amazon Music platform sounds like it's coming from different parts of the room and is crisp and clear. The stylus pen was included. Setting up the tablet was easy and everything on my Galaxy S25 Ultra phone transferred seamlessly. Everything works perfectly, (that I've used). I will always use Back Market for any future tech purchases now that I've seen the condition of my tablet and the huge saving I've made. Totally converted and I recommend them 100%. Thanks BM!

I'm using this device primarily as a revision aid for taking notes, reading PDF/text book and youtube tutorials. Have been using it for a month or so. I very happy with it so far, battery life lasts 12 hour lecture easily, only going down to 50% if that. I like the frictionless writing feedback compared to paper or a remarkable tab but some people won't, there are however, screen protectors that give you a more paperlike feel. I use one note for taking notes - once you know hoe to copy photos text and use the pen it is a very handy app with this tablet. The writing screen is large which also helps with writing. The device condition was excellent. I can't tell that it's refurbished. Overall i'm very pleased.

Great buy, it suits me to buy a product a year after it's released. Basically, I get it for half the price, and it feels like new. Worth the money. Mine didn't come with the pen, which I wasn't aware of, but I found one for £20. the tablet itself is superb and I'm very pleased with it.

I expected a refurbished S9 tablet in excellent condition as advertised, I got a brand new sealed S9 tablet. I don't know how I could be anything but overjoyed.
