Ordered a Dell Optiplex that was supposed to have built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Product received: none of these features, plus it booted up with error messages and a blue screen. What's more, the actual condition of the device was worse than what was indicated as "slight signs of wear and tear". The seller did everything he could to avoid a negative impact on Back Market, asking me as soon as I received my order not to go through the platform and to contact him directly by email. He then asked me for my bank details by email to make a refund, instead of following the official procedure. The return has been made, the parcel received several days ago, and I still have to fight to get my money back. Very disappointed that my first order turned out to be a nightmare. Seller to avoid. Since then, I haven't dared order from Back Market again.

Wifi indicated but not present, it would also have been nice to mark that it had no HDMI.

Device in very good condition, however it was noted that there was a wifi connection, which is not the case.
