I saw people's photos

The box was half destroyed when it came - once I opened it there were dirty marks on the laptop ?? Which was odd, plus some buttons on my laptop don’t work . The annoying thing is that I have ordered the excellent version meaning I should not having any defaults as I paid a lot for it but my laptops function really makes me feel like they gave me a fair version . Overall I was quite disappointed not only by the ; also as they are some small malfunctions like freezing , short battery life ( the battery dies quite quickly) and volume problem . I would rate the quality and device itself a 6.8/10

The back market itself was great but this seller sent me a completely different laptop to that which was listed. Not what I asked for, model, specifications etc. Now have to go through the refunding process. Not good ASC Technology
