Refurbished MacBook M2 series

I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!

I bought a MacBook Pro M1 16gb RAM. I was initially looking for a MacBook Air but after seeing the deals that BackMarket offered, I was pleased to find I could afford a Pro model. I found that the price was extremely good value for money. I’m not sure why, but at the time of making my order, the Excellect condition model at 512GB was cheaper than the Fair condition model at 256GB. I thought “RESULT”. I purchased the excellent condition model at 512GB storage, and was already pleased by the price and the promise of the condition. The delivery was speedy and on par with the timeframe they provided. Upon receiving the model, I was thrilled to see the condition. There are extremely minor signs of usage, but they are absolutely minute and to be expected with any refurbished item. In the package, there was a handwritten note from the MacBook company that had sent my laptop. It provided details of the product etc, and upon flipping the note over, it read “We’ve given you a 1TB model, enjoy!!”. My Macbook arrived quickly and I am very impressed with the condition! Minor signs of use but pretty much perfect. It's super quick and battery lasts all day. Will definitely be buying more items from Back Market as it saved so much money. The only issue was the non-apple charger that comes with the laptop, the connection was weak so it kept going on and off charge, had to buy an authentic Apple charger instead and it's now completely fine. Shame I couldn't buy a refurbished Apple charger with the purchase.

Laptop arrived quickly and was in pretty good condition for a 'fair' but weirdly arrived with a password. I set it up and copied over the contents of my old laptop and was horrified to see I only had about 30GBs of space left. After some poking around I discovered this due to over 100GBs of 'other users and shared' files on the laptop; which weren't mine. I ended up completely wiping the laptop and starting fresh, which required no pre-set password and freed up lots of storage. Odd as would have assumed a reconditioned laptop would arrive already clean. It took a few hours to sort out which was annoying at the time but all running ok now.

I did not know what to expect tbh. I did not need the M3 chip on the new Macs to run logic so opted for a reconditioned M1 saving myself 2k. When it arrived I was over the moon as it seemed almost brand new with only 32 battery cycles to its name. Very Happy.

Absolutely amazing condition. Really happy with the product and the condition and the bargain from buying refurbished. I didn't realise it didn't come with the branded matching charger but the power adapter and cable are completely functional so it's not an issue.

There was no single visible scratch . Laptop looked as brand new as can be, no evidence of wear , it works fine no issues as of yet and hopefully none will occur. Best decision ever made saving money by buying a refurbished Mac Pro rather than brand new, hopefully it lasts as long.

At first i was sceptical about buying a refurbished macbook, but my experience with backmarket has been amazing, i bought my laptop in november 2023 as i was an investment for my design course at uni, but didnt want to buy a brand new one, so i researched about refurbished mac and came across BackMarket. I read thousands of reviews and decided to give it a go. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience, my macbook arrived a few days after ordering it in an amazing condition much better than i expected and came ready to use. My only difficulty was factory resetting it as i was sceptical but once everything was reset it worked as if it was brand new. Ever since that point i use it everyday for work and recreational use and its in perfect condition. So i always reccomend it to my family and friends who are looking to save money and help the environment. Thanks again!!

I ordered the excellent quality and it came with 90% of battery life which is great for me. Device just have some damages from the corners but it doesn't affect anything, all buttons and touch pad works great. Overall i'm very happy with it because i was using the same laptop almost for a year but i got robbed and i needed to buy it again. So when i compare with my old one -and i'm super tidy with my devices, i didn't have even a micro scratch :(- this macbook's condition is still very satisfying! and it's my first refurbished buying experience and i sure will buy again! thank you :)
