    New to MacBooks and very pleased with how it’s working so far - quick and responsive, figuring my way around it. I’m very impressed with the quality of the screen and the processor - such a good bargain for a MacBook, despite it being an old model. Good battery life, too. It feels almost brand new - great job of refurbishing it. There are a few very slight scratches on the lid and base but they’re not noticeable unless you’re really looking for them. Very happy, thank you!

    So far everything is working better than I expected as refurbished goods are hit and miss. Pleasantly surprised how well the site worked in processing the order. One thing you can improve on is trying to show the Gold colour with different lighting or a more accurate colour as we weren't quite sure how it would come. But the main thing my daughter really likes it.

    So happy with my laptop! Thanks so much. It looks pretty much new apart from slight scratching on the apple logo (which I don't really mind). Functions perfectly. Only thing I've noticed that I'll have to keep an eye on is that it stopped recognising the charger the other day - the laptop didn't come with an apple charger. It has charged since, though and I'm not sure if that was just a blip. Overall, very pleased. Delivery was super fast too. I think it took a couple of days.

    I bought the "good"quality and it's basically brand new, there is the tiniest 3mm hairline scratch on the edge that you can't even see from normal viewing distance. The whole thing it like having a brand new ipad but for half the price. I won't be buying new again
