Really pleased with my iPhone 11. I ordered the excellent condition and it came like new! My only criticism would be that the battery isn’t too great but that is probably expected to some extent with a refurbished phone. Overall I am really pleased with my new phone and would recommend Back Market.

I was slightly nervous about buying reconditioned. After all, it was a good price but still a lot of money. However I am very happy with the phone. Cosmetically the phone is virtually perfect with no visible marks or scratches whatsoever. It obviously has had a new battery and so the battery life (so far anyway) is brilliant. The only slight problem is it is obviously not an Apple battery which means the phone does not show battery health and displays a ‘not official part’ message. This makes me slightly nervous and made me consider knocking off one star, but if the battery performance continues as it is at the moment I will be more than happy, and overall I’ve been very impressed with the customer service and product.

The whole experience of buying the phone has been positive. I was wary of buying a refurbished phone. I was little wary of buying a refurbished iPhone but the reviews on the website were all very good and the customer service was excellent when I had a query pre-purchase. Post-purchase information kept me up to date with delivery which was fast and I was very happy with the phone. I bought a 'Good' phone and it had the tiniest scratch on the back as described. Phone battery was low unlike on other reviews I've read but that's a minor point.

My 16 year old son lost his iPhone SE on a school trip. Buying a refurbished i-phone as a replacement seemed the ideal solution. I opted for a phone in 'excellent' condition and it truly was. No scratches anywhere and the screen was pristine. My son was delighted. It looked and felt like a new phone to him and was a definite improvement on his hand-me down SE.
