First time using Back market as I've been skeptical to use this sort of service as I've never really purchased pre-owned consoles before. I am really impressed with the service they have provided, not only have I got a practically brand new console at a cheaper price but they also covered the difference when the original supplier ran out of stock and sourced it themselves without me lifting a finger! Everything works well about the system – the app, the offers, the suppliers – I’ve used the service a couple of times now and the items have always been exactly as described and the suppliers have always been really helpful if there’s been a problem. Current purchase of the Xbox was no different. Everything worked as described. Everything was provided as described. Only reason not getting five stars is because there seems to be a disconnect between the IT systems managing trade -in so I got a few emails telling me that I hadn’t sent in my trade-in when I had and had actually received the money so something to fix.

Basically brand new, works really well and very responsive! Only negative is that audio keeps cutting out every few minutes for a few seconds or so, might just be a Microsoft fault, I’m not sure. Otherwise, very good deal!

Absolutely first class service from Back Market yet again. Bought the xbox series x for my son, it arrived in 3 days and in the original box. Not a mark or scratch on it. You'd never know it was pre owned. I've had 2 phones and and xbox from here and not a single problem once. I'll never buy tech brand new again, five star shopping for sure.

It came within 3 days when I thought it was supposed to be five. controller was fine had no stick drift console was ordered in excellent condition had one few unoticeable scratche but none major it was a lil dusty when it came but it was nothing also major .I appreciate that I got this within three days when I did free shipping also got it when it was on sale thank you !!!
