Overall I am pleased with my refurbished Sony. Something I would have liked the info to tell about though, is the fact it seems to be a Japanese software install rather than the UK one that I am used too. it also came with difficult to uninstall bloatware type apps which were also in Japanese. That side of it has been disappointing but now that I have had time to fiddle, it seems to work well.

I am a long time Sony fan and very much wanted an Xperia 1 V because it is the last of the line to be made with gorilla glass. I knew I would love the phone but the one that was delivered was in much better condition than I expected and it arrived much faster than I thought. so thank you very much, Back Market.

The phone is PERFECT! Not a single mark or scratch or anything on the casing, battery power is great and screen immaculate as described. Considering it's "good" condition I'm really really happy! And have already recommended to multiple people!

I bought a Sony Xperia 10 iii from BackMarket, refurbished in good condition, for a very good price! I was after a new phone (well, refurbished!) I spent days looking at all the Sony Xperia phone's available, until I decided on the Sony Xperia 10 iii. I was/am extremely happy with the phone I received! The condition was described as Good. But honestly, when I took it out of the very well packaged box, it looked Brand new!! I knew it only comes with a charging cable, so as soon as I bought my phone I bought an Official Sony wall Charging plug, just to make sure the phone is recieving the correct voltage when charging. I am very impressed with the phone! I have had a couple of old Sony Ericsson phones, years ago, and they were my favourite phones I've had. So glad I decided to go back to Sony, after having Samsung phones I didn't really like. The build quality is second to none. The phone looks incredible. The screen is slightly narrow with a 21:9 aspect ratio. Apparently a lot of people don't like it, but it is perfect for YouTube, or watching film's. I only have one little gripe with the phone! The volume isn't all that loud, through the phone itself or the use of headphones or ear...

The device is impeccable, save for one tiny chip in the frame - which is covered by my case anyway. I've never brought second hand tech before, and "Good" being the third highest quality makes you wonder what your going to get, but I am very happy with my purchase. Will shop with BlackMarket again!

Great buy - phone is great for the price and looked in mint condition. The only negative was quite a lot of Japanese built in apps on the phone (I assume that's where it originated) but doesn't seem to affect anything important. Would definitely buy from Back market again.

Superb. First time using back market and I've got to say the quality of the phone and the price I paid is quite brilliant. I needed a sony xperia 10 quickly, I had it next day. The grading was good or fair I can't remember which now but I received a phone that looks pretty much like new, very happy with the phone and the service I received. Will be buying my electronics here from now on and I've already recommended the site to someone else.

I bought a Sony Xperia 10 IV, in reasonable condition. Very happy with it indeed. It's in much better condition than I thought it might be, and the phone works so much better than my old one! Great to have a battery life that lasts more than a day!
