I bought a Sony Xperia 10 iii from BackMarket, refurbished in good condition, for a very good price! I was after a new phone (well, refurbished!) I spent days looking at all the Sony Xperia phone's available, until I decided on the Sony Xperia 10 iii. I was/am extremely happy with the phone I received! The condition was described as Good. But honestly, when I took it out of the very well packaged box, it looked Brand new!! I knew it only comes with a charging cable, so as soon as I bought my phone I bought an Official Sony wall Charging plug, just to make sure the phone is recieving the correct voltage when charging. I am very impressed with the phone! I have had a couple of old Sony Ericsson phones, years ago, and they were my favourite phones I've had. So glad I decided to go back to Sony, after having Samsung phones I didn't really like. The build quality is second to none. The phone looks incredible. The screen is slightly narrow with a 21:9 aspect ratio. Apparently a lot of people don't like it, but it is perfect for YouTube, or watching film's. I only have one little gripe with the phone! The volume isn't all that loud, through the phone itself or the use of headphones or ear...

I bought a Sony Xperia 10 IV, in reasonable condition. Very happy with it indeed. It's in much better condition than I thought it might be, and the phone works so much better than my old one! Great to have a battery life that lasts more than a day!

It got off to a lacklustre start, with agonizingly languid start up, and mostly vacant firmware. There is also a tiny glass adhesion imperfection upper on the main screen which I had to fix. I am now otherwise pretty happy with my Xperia 1 III Violet, It started to do just about everything I want with none of the foibles and overheating probs of my original 4G Xperia 1. I will always miss some things that did though, otherwise Sony has come up with a classy product here.

Honestly amazed. I was a bit nervous and thought I'd never buy something like a phone second hand but I read the other reviews and took the leap and honestly I'm so happy with my new (to me) phone! Was rated good but barely any noticeable marks. I can get that new phone feeling without spending a fortune. We should all move away from the consumerism and buy refurbished! Will definitely come back when I'm ready for another change.

Saved myself £160-180ish on my new phone! That was on top of factoring in a seasonal sale. According to accubattery app the battery health is at about 96%! The phone housing was in mint condition. The screen did have two tiny scratches which I could only see when meticulously inspecting the phone on its arrival using a bright spot lamp while holding the phone at an angle. In reality they are not visible under any normal lighting conditions and never visible when the screen is on regardless of viewing distance or angle. I highly recommend buying refurbished if this is the quality you get, the money you save can go into insurance or simply your pocket. As a side note I highly recommend the official Sony "style cover" as the phone feels like it was designed around it.

Superb. First time using back market and I've got to say the quality of the phone and the price I paid is quite brilliant. I needed a sony xperia 10 quickly, I had it next day. The grading was good or fair I can't remember which now but I received a phone that looks pretty much like new, very happy with the phone and the service I received. Will be buying my electronics here from now on and I've already recommended the site to someone else.

Honestly I was about dubious about getting refurbished phone worried about battery and charging port and camera unit. I can confirm that this was scratch free the phone was brought in "good" condition and it is amazing so pleased has put me well at ease and will be using backmarket again. Thank you well impressed.

Firstly the delivery was outstanding. Ordered on a Friday afternoon and arrived at 8.30am the next day. Well packed as well. The phone itself had slight marking on case as explained but when put into a wallet you would never know it was refurbished. An excellent choice.

My son suggested I buy a phone from Back Market and stick to my SIM only contract, rather than pay the exorbitant monthly fees. My old Sony suddenly wouldn't make/receive calls once my network provider switched to 4/5G. I was a little dubious of what sort of phone I would get, but was hugely and pleasantly surprised. Got a half price modern Sony phone of my choosing, and I really couldn't tell it was used. I didn't even go for the excellent quality merely the Staff Pick! Choice of phones were great. Came through the post quickly and easily. Back making calls. Would definitely recommend. Great service. Thanks.
