The phone arrived quickly, well packaged. it was left by the courier leaning against the front door in plain sight, I'm amazed it wasn't stolen! unpacked the phone, charged it, popped in a SIM card and switched it on, imagine my suprise when I was met with a Japanese splash screen, which cannot be removed, this shows that it's not a UK to phone, so the software is different. I can live with this as I turn really ever turn my phone off! The most annoying thing is that I've discovered that the fingerprint scanner doesn't work, it doesn't recognise a fingerprint, saying unable to read. I would ordinarily return this phone for repair or replacement/refund, but after reading multiple horror stories regarding issues with returns to your company and your lack to f resolution regards these matters, I have had to make a hard choice, that being, I won't be returning the phone I payed good money for because I don't trust I will get either a phone back or a refund. Due to the above I will NOT being doing any further business with your company, not will I recommend you to anyone, in fact I would actively dissuade anyone I know from dealing with yourselves.
