Great experience of purchasing Sony Xperia 1 v Green from Back Market. Even though condition of the phone was Good, but the phone was almost flawless. I was pleasantly surprised. I got quick delivery Phone was well packaged Sadly phone got stolen after 2 weeks. Broke my heart, i loved the phone. But A* service from Back Market. I will be coming back to buy another one soon.

Hello, As far as my experience on the Back Market site is concerned, everything went very well, reserving the product and paying in instalments is very useful. And the delivery times are very good and in my case it was very quick. As for the product, I was unlucky, as I already have a Sony, I like the brand and I was able to transfer my data very easily. But after 4 days of use, the phone went into a looping reboot cycle and I couldn't get out of it (this is a well-known Sony problem, as there are different ways of solving it). I tried the factory reset but nothing worked and I had to send the phone back to the sender. Even they couldn't solve the problem and I got my money back. What about products like the screen protector that I bought and had installed on the phone? Thank you in advance for your feedback. All the best.

Everything fitted and was as expected! However, the price was a bit above average for a used device. You could certainly have got it cheaper... But I've had bad experiences there, so I played it safe and bought it from BackMarket. I would do the same with my next mobile phone, I don't always need the latest top model. Best regards
