I hadn't realised quite how bad my old phone had got. I ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy A54 unlocked- wow what a difference. The phone itself has NOT a mark on it, it literally looks like new! Straight out of the box I was really happy with my decision and my purchase, it was a revelation being my first time purchasing a mobile out of a contract ...... never going back, thank you Backmarket.

Love the new phone,easy to send my data over love the updates I'm getting on the weather etc battery seems spot on can't really fault the phone or the full purchase experience everything as been quality.

This is my first purchase of a used phone. I am very pleased. My purchase was significantly cheaper than the comparable new latest version which is 2 models newer. The phone arrived very quickly, before the bank holiday, despite the delivery being estimated at after it. I chose an excellent condition Samsung A54 and it is indistinguishable from new. It is much faster and more efficient than my 5 yr old Samsung A71. Time will tell how long it lasts but I am very satisfied.

I bought this phone for my husband to upgrade him from a Samsung A03 to an Excellent grade Samsung A54 after doing a bit of research. He is blown away by the smooth and fast scrolling, clear images, bright colours, incredible screen and better camera and now has room for more apps which are easier to use on this phone. He used to get frustrated when filling in forms on his old phone but that’s much easier now. I have an iPhone 11 but I’m even impressed how smooth it is to use. He didn’t want a top of the range phone but it feels so much better than his old phone. It was easy to transfer from the old phone with the Samsung Smart Switch app, but we had to transfer WhatsApp separately as it didn’t transfer over. It is indeed in excellent condition and we are very happy with this purchase. I wanted to buy a used phone but it feels like new and I won’t ever buy new again. It was delivered the next day even though I didn’t request next day delivery. Very good service.

I ordered A Samsung Galaxy A54 5g refurbished. In "excellent condition". To me the phone looks brand new in the original packaging. I saved over £150. My only small gripe is that the sim no. In settings shows a different number which I can't change.

Well pleased with the Samsung Galaxy A54 Phone. Not a mark on it, perfect 100% all functions are working and a good battery life. Just what i wanted without the box and frills 5 stars ✨ Prompt delivery 1st class

The phone I bought was an upgrade to my wife's 3G mobile. I selected an "excellent" option and we are very impressed, the condition WAS excellent, thank you, need to see in the future how the battery stands up, battery protection on so hopefully will last. Would highly recommend back market if looking for a decent phone at a very decent price.

The phone arrived in good time. It is in impeccable condition, with no visible scratches. I'm happy with it's functionality and battery power. The charger that it came with appears to have a faulty connector so I will attempt to exchange that. One slight disappointment is that I chose this phone as it has a good rating for waterproofing, but I only realised after it arrived that refurbished phones have been opened and therefore lost their waterproof protection.

love this phone much better than the one I had before this. the only issue I had with this phone was when I come to charging the charnger wouldn't connect to the phone, found out it was full of pocket dust clean it out the no more issues when charging this phone.
