    I must admit I was a little sceptical about how good these phones would be at such a discounted price. I checked the company out on Trust Pilot to see what their reviews were like and was reassured they would provide a good service so ordered an 'excellent' condition latest edition Samsung Galaxy A54. It arrived super quick and I am amazed at the quality - looks and performs like brand new! I have told lots of people about the site and will never pay full price for a new phone again! I also love that buying from here contributes to less waste every time a new phone is made. Thank you! :)

    Purchased a Galaxy A54 (excellent condition) as a present to my partner and it did not disappoint! Not a single scratch and works just as new. Very well packaged with original box and charging cable. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommended.

    Bought this phone on the recommendation of my son who had bought a Samsung from BackMarket last year. So thought I'd give it a go. The write up said it would be in 'excellent' condition and it didn't disappoint. My new Galaxy A54 is in pristine condition... so happy with it! Add to that the delivery got it to me three days earlier than expected and I can't fault this company. Two weeks in and no problems so far.

    What can I say. I ordered a Samsung A54 and it was in excellent condition even though I picked the fair condition it was like new. Order the phone on the Sunday and it arrived on the Tuesday so kudos on the super quick delivery also. When I need another phone I will definitely use Back Market again without hesitation.

    I couldn't be more pleased with my Samsung A54. It arrived quickly and was clearly brand new, being in its sealed box. It was ready to go and I soon had it set up and transferred all my data, apps etc from my previous phone. The phone itself has met all my expectations. I highly recommend Back Market!

    My S22plus broke, after looking at specs, ordered this which is pretty much just a good apart from the optical zoom. It's a great phone. Ordered in excellent condition and came boxed with plastic seals. Seemed completely new. Saved 200 pounds instead of buying from retailer or Samsung and got the same new product. Great service

    Very good experience. The phone came along without a box but that's a small thing, and its saves storing the box. The phone has been excellent, it looks and performs like a new one and was delivered reasonably fast. I would defiantly use back market again, thank you

    After reading the reviews of this phone I purchased it and it seems to be just right for me as a 76 year old dinosaur. Easy to operate and download from my old Sony mobile,using cable supplied. The phone arrived on date and time scheduled in correct box. I have used your services before, so I am a returning customer. Thanks again
