Yet again, excellent service and process from Back Market. A54 was delivered promptly and in immaculate, brand new condition. Absolutely no problems with the phone and the whole purchase and process was a dream and could not have been more reliable and trustworthy.

My wife's nearly new phone arrived safely but in extremely flimsy packaging. One end of the package was open but thankfully the phone was still in excellent condition. It works well and she has had no problems with it at all. This is our second phone purchased on back market and both times the packaging has been the same, flimsy and not as secure as we would like. It wouldn't stop us shopping for more tech on back market.

After reading the reviews of this phone I purchased it and it seems to be just right for me as a 76 year old dinosaur. Easy to operate and download from my old Sony mobile,using cable supplied.
