I was very pleased with my galaxya15 in fact I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of the phone in fact I couldn't tell it was reconditioned from a new one I still think it might be new its that good. I was dubious at first but back market is definitely a firm that people should look to regarding any technology equipment well worth a look and it helps the planet too. I've been converted and so should anyone else 10/10

Upon delivery (which was extremely fast) we were extremely pleased with the condition of the phone, no scratches etc. The set up was easy and straight forward.
