This is the second Galaxy A15 I have purchased from back market, one for myself and the other for my wife ,who has never owned a touch screen phone before. Upon delivery (which was extremely fast) we were extremely pleased with the condition of the phone, no scratches etc. The set up was easy and straight forward. We would use Back Market again in the future if another purchase was required.

I would recommend you to everyone. Great pricing, great phones ( I've purchased three from you) , great delivery, help and customer service, bang on! The third phone I've bought is for my sons 11th birthday next week, came with original Samsung box, the phone is in mint condition, don't think it's been used at all, very happy, I will leave another review in a few weeks once my son has used it etc, more than happy with Backmarket, thanks xx

Really happy with my new phone from back market and would recommend them to anyone looking for a refurbished phone.

Phone is immaculate, better than expected so very happy with it, especially as it is a better spec than my old one that cost me more several years ago! Delivered over a week ago and no problems so far.

The item came on time and in the condition as expected. I wasn't sure that the colour of the phone matched the colour ordered, but my 13 year old daughter wasn't bothered, as she was exited about having a new[er] phone. The phone works perfectly, and she loves it. A shame that the charging brick wasn't included.

Took a while to get through to a human to answer my pre-purchase queries, but once that was achieved, the usual great response. You know what irritates me? The way you bung on a little extra charge at the ;ast moment, it feels really tacky and greedy.
