I have ordered many times of back market, and never had an issue with anything I love my new earbuds even though there refurbished I could not tell that they had been used at all packaged as if they had never been open really pleased

The transaction and website were really easy to use. I wasn't expecting a sealed boxed set of headphones. The noise-cancelling function isn't as good as the AirPod Pros. For the most part, the headphones and sound are pretty decent and they connect really quickly

My husband's ear bugs are washed in the washing machine accidently and the original is ceased to produce, but this one sounds like the original, also he doesn't have problems with the sizes that was commented on by others. He is happy with the purchase, he has tried to replace it with Chinese products before which looked the same, but sound quality is bad.

Spent lots of time going through reviews before I effected this purchase. and it went in line with most of the review I saw. The item arrived in excellent state, not complaints at all after 2 month use. I am extremely happy with this purchase. Delivery was very fast.

product arrived nicely packed, I was taken back by the ear wax in one head phone but saw the buds came with spares and my size. hand on heart these buds are next level in comparison to the buds 2. Once put in you can hear nothing, they fit very nicely. hard getting used to the extra technical bits but very happy with them, well worth the years wait.

These were a present for my husband and so far he seems to like them but they were all white rather than white box and black buds as shown in the photo. He would have I preferred black which was what I thought I had ordered.

I'm happy with the product however I cannot use ANC or ambient mode because there is a loud buzzing sound in the left earbud whenever I do. its actually painful but other than that everything else is fine.
