this device is a gift for christmas. in view of the condition of the box on delivery i tested the device straight away. it switches on and there is sound. we will test all the functions at christmas. on the other hand, even for a reconditioned device, the condition of the box is disgusting. it's better not to use it at all!!!!

The process from ordering to delivery is smooth, user-friendly and clear in communication. More companies can learn from this. However, what was unclear and BackMarket can improve on this is that no original packaging was included and that the gooseneck microphone that should normally be included was not in the package. Is not a big deal given the hugely good price I paid for it but transparency to customers about what comes in the package helps That said, the device itself was super well packed arrived safely and in good condition as promised. If they offered more music hardware (synthesisers) I would definitely shop here more often.
