This was my first back market order. I have to say my Magic Keyboard is absolutely flawless!! I’m very impressed and my next apple product will definitely be from BM. It came in apple style packaging, the product looks brand new and it arrived via DHL on time here in Portugal!

Ordered one in "fair" condition and very happy to report that while it is not cosmetically flawless there are no major scratches or peeling anywhere — and most importantly all the keys work perfectly. Have used it for several weeks now with no issues whatsoever. Very happy to find this site!

So happy with this product. I bought it in "good" condition and it looks completely untouched. Although the camera cutout is for a slightly new version of the iPad, it still works perfectly fine. Great purchase.

The keyboard I purchased is awesome, I went for the Excellent Condition one and hoped that the cloth finish was not worn too much. What I recieved was what I can only describe as mint, I am still shocked that this is second hand, trustly supplier for sure.

Purchase in “fair” quality — everything working but quite a few little nicks to corners. Plastic slightly cracked in one corner. If I was to purchase again I would probably suggest going up to “Good” quality. Overall pretty happy though!

This keyboard is fine, however the keyboard I mistakenly purchased only minutes before, I am still awaiting my refund and it is now two weeks and I have heard no further update.

After chatting with back market, they assured me they have spoken with the vendor about the terrible packaging so hopefully no one else will have the same problem as I had.

had one that didn't work as as it should, but ordered now one and it's great, and will be sending the first one back under warranty
