Needed a replacement phone fir my 11 year old grandson when he dropped his and broke the screen. Found this for a decent price and even better a years Warranty. Fast delivery and grandson happy with it. First of all said it's really slow, once he updated it sent me a message saying "wow this us amazing and really fast". He said everyone at school (secondary) laughs at it, they all gave the latest iphones. Lucky them if their parents can afford that. Grandson has been told if he looks after this one and doesn't break it maybe he can have a larger phone for his birthday. Would definitely come back to Back Market to purchase another refurbished phone instead of new.

Great service from Backmarket, speedy and well priced reconditioned 'top notch' iPhone SE 32GB for a fraction of the cost of a new model. Does what I want it to do and is indistinguishable from an 'out of the box' model as far as I can tell.

Delivered on time and you would think the iPhone was brand-new 👍 I will never buy a new phone again.. i’m telling everybody I know to use Back Market. It’s been two weeks since I’ve received it and no problems, thank you very much I will be Back 😃

Got the iPhone for my Dad who’s 80 and has been using a very old Nokia brick for years and years. We are getting him into a new era of technology, albeit slowly, (I’m having to turn off nearly all the apps and restrict access as if for a child). That’s the beauty of the SE. It’s the easiest of all the iPhones for an elderly person or a Luddite (my Dad 🤣) to use. The Back Market site I am recommending to all my friends and family for the excellent service and quality of the iPhone SE (2016). It looks as if it hasn’t been used. Dad’s extremely happy with the price I paid. He’s going to write ✍️ me a cheque 🤣 out. Oh I do love technology and how far we’ve come since I had a brick Nokia in 1995/6. If I upgrade I’m definitely not buying new ever again having seen the quality of the phones on the site. I’ll choose an excellent graded iPhone better than my own. Nobody could ever tell it’s refurbished. We’ll done Back Market for keeping an eye on your Sellers. I know I can trust your customer service 100%.

Exactly as advertised, basically as new condition. For the money I’m extremely pleased. I’d looked for ages on eBay, gumtree etc and nothing came close to this for cost and condition. Plus free delivery, and 12 months warranty, no contest. I’d definitely recommend this company’s service and products.

Ordered for the good condition but to be honest the phone is excellent. No reason to complain since I’ve been using the phone, although using an iPhone SE in 2023 you’ll always have a battery problem I got a power bank and I’m good to go. Thank you very much for not disappointing. I’ll always order a good condition instead of excellent.

I wanted an iPhone to replace my very old Nokia phone. I didn’t want to spend a fortune and wanted a small phone, this one is perfect. If you are not constantly using your phone this is ideal. The battery doesn’t last as long as newer phones but not a problem for me. It came within the time frame and is in excellent condition, a bargain for the price. Would definitely use Back Market again.

Lovely little first phone for my bonus daughter, great for smaller hands to type quickly. The battery does run out quite quickly but we have Life360 app which does zap batteries, and she’s in the honeymoon period so on it a lot too! Perfect choice though.
