The screen isn’t as bright as the original one. I compared to my dad’s iPhone 15. But other than that it’s really good. My battery came on 98% and i didn’t get a new one. Cameras and everything are perfect.

After much deliberation, nervousness, and a slight leap of faith, I decided to order an iPhone 15 Pro Max (256 GB) - Excellent condition, from this website. The seller listed was BEST4TECH, and after receiving my phone, all my worries were resolved. The phone in absolute pristine condition - no scratches or dents (for both the back panel and the screen). There was no discolouration anywhere and the phone looked practically new. The bigger surprise was that when I started using the phone, I discovered that the battery health was at 100%, with only 105 battery cycles. It even has Apple's limited warranty until September, 2025. I even noticed that features like True Tone was available, which indicated that the screen was Apple's original. Overall, my experience was perfect. I do not mean to say that this is going to be the experience of every single customer, but I believe that BEST4TECH maintains a high standard of refurbishing and it is worth buying products from them. P.S. Trade-In offer from BackMarket and the one-time use £20 student discount was highly appreciated.

I ordered Excellent condition iPhone 15 pro Max, it is really good and flawless exterior body and I received 92% battery health. The phone looks as good as new that commendable. Overall impressed by the phone.

Refurbished iPhone 15 Pro arrived very promptly in very good condition (I bought the 'excellent' grade). Battery was 89% storage capacity and had around 530 previous charging cycles on it when I got it - so far it holds its charge reasonably well. So far I am very happy with this purchase, but perhaps would have been even happier if the battery had a capacity of more than 90%.

Arrived a day early. Not a mark on it, easy to transfer data from old iPhone. 97% battery. This is the second time I’ve purchased from Back Market and both times the service has been brilliant as has the quality of the refurbished phones. I will continue to buy my tech from Back Market.

Got exactly what I asked for. A refurbished iPhone 15pro. The new (official Apple replacement part) camera that had been installed itself smoothly on start up and has been working fine ever since. This is a bonus as I basically chose this phone for the awesome camera. Thanks Backmarket.
