New 'refurbished' phones was delivered quickly (1 day ahead of expectation) and is exactly as described. Delighted! Traded in an item, once delivery was acknowledged I had confirmation of the original offer and have been promised delivery in 7 business days.

Iphone 15 Pro 256 was totally as new, as described and with 100% battery I couldn't be happier with it. I have concerns about the trade-in of my Iphone 11 64Gb the estimated value was halved for reasons which were not valid - this I know as I used all of its 'faulty' issues regularly. This wouldn't stop me using Back Market again but I would not trade-in.

Just set up my iPhone 15 pro. Huge difference between this and my old iPhone SE 2020. I chose ‘excellent’ condition and it really is. Can’t wait to use the camera function and just get used to it. I was torn between this and the pro max, but when I went into a phone store to compare it with the pro max, I found the max ridiculously large! Highly recommend the 15 pro.

Absolutely brilliant experience! Phone in perfect condition with a nearly full battery life percentage. Extremely fast delivery - I ordered the phone at 4.30pm Monday and it arrived 2.30pm on Tuesday.

This item, was immaculate for its condition. Bought it in fair , and was amazing , very close to it being new, couple tiny invisible scratches, but if wanting a better appearance , going for a perfect condition will be advisable, that will more or less be a new gadget for cheaper . Came a day earlier aswell and all has been well. Definitely recommend buying from back market.

Phone condition is excellent. Camera quality excellent. No stretches no nothing. Only issue is the battery seems to drain fast.

Very good quality i ordered excellent and thats what i got 1 small scratch but i think that was from shipping maybe more protection on the box is needed
