    Great service in all aspects, price,advice, communication and delivery. As for the phone it is in first class condition (it might as well be new). This is a culture shock as I’ve upgraded from a Nokia to a IPhone 15 pro.

    I’ve bought two phones from this company and all is well. I traded in my old phone and Black Market made sure I was getting a fair price. The refurbishing company offered less, but black market said no and made sure I got the quoted amount. Very good company you can trust. Thank you

    Phone arrived promptly, very securely packaged and seems to be in excellent condition. Been using it for a month or so now and am very happy. I would definitely consider Back Market for other items!

    I bought the phone in exelen condition. I don't see any scratches or traces of use. Battery health is 100 percent. There is no problem. I'm getting used to it now because I switched from android, but everything is great and everything is fine.

    All good but my first payment was returned due to the address not matching. I tried again splitting the flat number and apartment name and it worked, but wasn't sure if it would (the details were all the same).
