Really happy with this iPhone. It’s in incredible condition seeing as I picked the cheapest option, with 100% battery health and no visible wearing on the body. I assume the reason that it was sold as “fair” was because of a tiny scratch in the screen (which I didn’t even notice at first). If all refurbished phones from backmarket are of this quality then I doubt I’ll buy a phone brand new again

In fantastic condition, both functionally and aesthetically. Only quarm is the battery life percentage is lower than expected considering it’s only a year old however, this is to be expected with refurbished phones.

Phone in very good condition, especially for one that’s supposedly refurbished! Only downside is the maximum battery capacity is 90%, but for a phone that’s atleast a year old and hasn’t got any marks or other problems, I’ll take it over spending thousands on a brand new one!

I ordered a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro on Saturday and it arrived promptly on Tuesday. Excellent condition really means excellent condition: perfect body and screen and the battery health was 100%, which I was thrilled about. I ordered an iPhone 15 Pro 128. Condition (Good, team choice). It didn't arrive exactly as I expected, lots of scratches on the iron side of the phone. Around the entire perimeter. The screen and back surface are perfect. Battery 96%. Everything works great. Before this purchase, I ordered an iPad Pro tablet (good condition), it arrived in very good condition. I recommend ordering only here.

Really impressed with my iPhone 15 Pro. I ordered in Fair condition with standard battery. The phone arrived in really good condition with 90% battery capacity. Will definitely use Back Market in future!
