My teenagers have had really good experiences using Back Market for their own phones and despite not ever having bought a refurbished phone myself, the difference in price makes so much more sense. With plenty of advice and information on the website, I bought an iPhone 14 Plus in “good” condition. I couldn’t be more pleased, the phone itself is immaculate, I cannot see a mark on it and it came with 87% battery. The process was very simple with plenty of updates, I also traded in my old phone, got a good price and was paid promptly.

This was my first foray into buying a reconditioned phone and it far exceeded my expectations. Only had phone a couple of weeks but so far so good. Quick, easy and straight forward, even sent my old phone back which was also stress free. I have already recommended to friends and will definitely use again when my husband’s phone needs replacing. Brilliant system.

The iPhone 14plus was in excellent condition works well. Easy to set up. Just a few apps had to be downloaded after the transfer from previous Iphone11. Hold its charge. No need to charge every day.

Very pleased with the phone. it was in immaculate condition and ready to set up with no setbacks. An important feature in today's world is value for money and this phone was certainly priced to please, especially when refurbished as new.

I was firstly skeptical about getting a refurbished iPhone but boy when the iPhone came I was amazed how the iPhone 14 Plus that I got in good condition came with no scratches and it worked really well just that I expected the battery length should be around 91% but came in 85% which is still fine by me. First time ordering a refurbished iPhone and backmarket seemed to offer the best price. My iPhone 12 was getting a bit laggy so wanted something newer with a larger screen. I was a bit apprehensive at first as selected ‘ good’ condition but phone arrived quickly and in pristine condition. Very happy with my purchase and will consider this website if I need anything else in the future.

This is my second device I’ve ordered from backmarket and seriously I can’t fault it. The device is clean not a scratch on it works well and the price was exceptionally good. If you’re not bothered to get the latest model and want one that’s a year or two old or more I wholly recommend using this company absolutely brilliant.

iPhone 14 Plus great price. Ordered as condition good but it was like new when arrived. The only minor negative is that the battery health was only at 83% not the end of the world. I’ll probably drop and break it in a couple of weeks anyway 😂 Will definitely use again for my next gadgets.
