    Amazing. At first I was sceptical, mostly because I’m an anxious person when ordering online anyway! Butttt… the order and delivery process was extremely easy and fast, hassle free! The iPads that I have ordered are for Christmas for my daughters and they look brand new, they run practically brand new and they are just absolutely brilliant. Nobody would ever guess they are refurbished. Will be ordering from you again. Thank you so much

    10 out of 10 for the iPad and for Back Market (not a trace anywhere that it's been refurbished) it must have new everything. All we have to find out now is if my elderly mother takes to it (it might become her new best friend) She struggles with any new technology and her phone is Android. (we got the iPad so she can see the thousands of photos of her great granddaughter on a big screen uploaded to iCloud by our children in Australia She's an exceptionally lucky mother getting an iPad for Christmas (and I'm a very satisfied man knowing that I didn't pay out for a New one which would have been at least twice as much)

    This is the first time I have used Back Market and the first refurbished tech I have purchased so I was a little wary about making this purchase. However I was really happy with the quality of the iPad and the service received by Back Market. The iPad was for my daughter’s birthday and she was delighted. Overall really good experience.

    Purchased for my elderly mum as a replacement to her 5th generation iPad. I’m used to purchasing reconditioned items from various sellers so I thought it might be a good idea to head down that road with the IPad. This is the time I’ve used backmarket. Easy enough to navigate website and IPad was delivered when stated. Customer services not used so unable to comment. As mentioned in product header the condition was considered ‘good’. The iPad had some grubby marks and scratches on the back, but that didn’t bother her as that’s all hidden away within a very tough case I purchased separately from Amazon. She’s had the iPad for a week and she only uses it for brain games / TV / photos and the odd email. Therefore, it’s hard to comment on its long term reliability at this stage.

    I was a bit hesitant at first about buying a reconditioned IPad but I only wanted it for upstairs to control heating and use the radio, and check emails now and again, so I didn’t want the expense of a new one. The IPad arrived promptly and was very well packaged. I charged it up and set it up. All my info and details was downloaded from the ICloud, no problem. It works like brand new and I am extremely pleased with it. There were some small scratches on the sides but hardly noticeable. I put the IPad is in a protective case anyway, so it doesn’t matter. A professional and quality company I would highly recommend.

    The device is in excellent condition so can’t fault that which is the most important thing. The only feedback that was an area of improvement was that it would have been nice to have a reconditioned official iPad box. But really happy with the purchase and will definitely consider buying from back market again

    I've decided not to buy any more new tech. Almost no-one can use all the capabilities our current devices have, let alone upgrades. My last two iPhones are refurbished so when I need to replace on old tablet, I looked for a refurbished iPad. BackMarket had a really good selection with a number of options in models, colours and spec. It was easy to find something at a really good price. Communication was really good and my iPad arrived within the time slot. It is in great condition and works perfectly. I don't know if it needs all the stickers it has on the back but I have it in a case anyway (which I would recommend anyone getting, a 10.2 iPad screen is quite large!). I'll definitely check out BackMarket again next time I'm looking for a refurbished device.

    Purchased to replace my wife’s elderly I pad . Arrived in great condition and she is really happy with it. This is my second purchase from Back Market and I’ll certainly use them again . Why pay for for a new product if you can purchase a refurbished at half the price that does the job well.

    This was a gift for a family member which I tried briefly before gifting on C Day I was very pleased. Back Market was recommended to me & 1st time I’ve bought reconditioned. The recipient was very happy with it too.
