I bought this mobile phone as a stop gap while I get my main phone a battery replacement unfortunately the phone I bought could not update apps as the operating system was too old the phone itself was in perfect working order I was given a refund with no problems I would definitely use this company again if I was going to buy a new phone

Really, I just wanted a refurbished phone so I went online. Amazing but true, almost the first mobile phone I saw was this HTC one M7 32 GB refurbished, for £100. The phone was being sold through Back Market, who I had never heard of before. Now, I thought back to almost two years ago and remembered HTC releasing this phone, and I hadn't been able to afford one...until now!. Yeah, believe me I snapped it up. What this phone can do is amazing!. Well made and reliable, my overall experience is wonderful!. I had no problem with the company/seller, the phone arrived in perfect condition within two days. The little HTC is everything it needs to be for the price, My cubot x30 broke on me meaning i needed a budget stand in to fill the void for a little bit. The phone is in immaculate condition which is a must for me, the android on the desire is dated so apps like youtube,paypal etc arent compatible but the phone is what it is and it doesnt hide that. for £35 for an almost new condition phone despite it being 7 years old is a steal. the downsides: the speaker and the alarm are very quiet but besides that iv nothing to moan about.

I’m in the process of setting myself free from smartphone slavery and wanted a dumb phone with a qwerty keyboard. I am not using the htc for anything except calls and texts, although the alarm and calendar are also useful. I haven’t signed in to wifi so I can’t comment on internet/online functions, although I get the impression from other reviewers that it’s not up to spec. Anyway, it’s a very nice looking little phone, sturdy and compact. It’s easy to use and great to have the full keyboard. When texting you can follow your thread on the screen which is much more useful than the basic Nokia dumb phone which is a pain to navigate. If you want to take pictures etc you’ll need a micro sd card. The sound on phone calls is not as clear or loud as I would like but perfectly adequate. If you just want to stay available for being contacted without the temptation to endlessly scroll then I think you can’t go wrong with this.
