The first item was still locked to a previous user,which seemed strange as I would have thought that this was a first thing to sort out when refurbishing and a thing to double check. However I returned it and it was either repaired or replaced and it seems to be working now.

Everything was, so easy and very clear as far as ordering was concerned. Delivery and packing excellent and the Chromebook is superb. I can't thank you, enough was amazed how excellent your company is. Thank you

first time buying from back market and Denis was a lovely + communicative seller. he double checked my purchase to avoid disappointment, gave me advice, and sent a new charger with the laptop. have only used it for a couple hours but the laptop was in such great condition I could immediately get it set up for a call. can't recommend the shop enough.

After doing some research I felt comfortable buying from Backmarket and when my chromebook arrived I was very happy with the quality. Everything works fine and I'm very impressed with the price, quality and communication. I'll definitely be using BackMarket again.

I purchased a Chromebook in 'fair' condition for less than £50, so I wasn't expecting too much. I was thrilled to receive a fabulous little laptop which is perfect for my everyday needs. It has a barely visible, small mark on the lid (hence the 'fair' condition). I can't comment on the performance or specs of the Chromebook as I know very little when it comes to tech. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this company and product.

I brought this laptop in excellent condition for a very good price. I cannot fault it! The condition is better than expected and is easy to use. The delivery came surprisingly quickly also. I would highly recommend this laptop to students too as it is easy to use and you can access all features on here easily, such as docs and onedrive.

For my price range I didn’t think I could find a laptop with these specs and quality. Definitely prefer windows and IOS to Chrome OS, but for the hardware, amazing condition, and value for money it’s 100% worth it.

Love this Chromebook! In perfect condition. Does exactly what I need and more. Unlocking with my phone and touch screen were a fun bonus! Would recommend this for anyone that needs a laptop for day to day tasks. Love the chrome OS too.

So far so good! Awesome little upgrade and it's running great. Haven't tried streaming yet and the battery isn't the best but worth the money
