HP Chromebook Pro c640 Core i5 1.7 GHz 64GB eMMC - 8GB QWERTY - English

My laptop was old and I needed an inexpensive replacement. This machine has done the job. Loads quickly and for what I need it for works well. It arrived quickly, very well packaged. It represents very good value for money, next time I need new tech I will use Backmarket.

Found 2 good cheap chrome book that works well for the kids. They love it and use it well. Happy with my purchase. I will be using the site for my devices from now on.

Purchased the Chromebook, which upon delivery was well packaged and in good condition. One small dent on the lid, but nothing to write home about. Laptop powered up fine. But the 3rd party packaged USB-C charger kept constantly getting red hot when plugged in. Decided not to use this in case of damage to the laptop whilst charging. Had a spare cable. The most fundamental issue I found was that although the chromebook was advertised as 'Qwerty-English'. It is actually physically a US keyboard layout which was frustrating to say the least. Have not returned and we will live with this, but should importantly have been included in the item description. Bit disappointed on this front. But overall, the purchase was good.

Fast delivery and everything came as stated. I'll definitely be buying from backmarket again. 👍

Love the chromebook apart from it bring a US keyboard so it has no £ sign.
