So happy with my Google Pixel 8 - feels and looks like a new phone. Hadn't considered having a refurbished phone until a family member recommended 'Back Market'. So pleased I followed their advice and saved a lot of money!

You wouldn't know it was a refurbished handset. It is as new. Having had to get a new handset as my previous one was dying (google pixel 7a) I wanted a handset I was already familiar with. The camera is also fabulous. Have had great comments about the quality of pictures . Very speedy delivery too. An around great service 10/10

Very happy with my new Google Pixel 8. It was in perfect condition and at a great savings compared with new. Delivery was quicker than predicted and I am happy to recommend BackMarket. I will certainly shop with them again.

I bought it as "good" condition but it was basically like new, so I was very happy with it. The battery thus far is exactly what I'd expect of a new phone. It arrived in minimal packaging without loads of unnecessary plastic which was good. Only downside is it didn't come with the original charging plug, but luckily I already had one from my previous pixel phone. Would definitely recommend buying a refurbished phone and will continue to do so in future.

My new to me phone is great, even though I got a good phone not a mark on it, it works perfectly and was packaged and sent in good time and on top of that helping the environment. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Really easy process to find and buy the phone, it arrived really quickly and in great condition. Could possibly do with a setup guides, but I figured it out. The trade in process was also so easy, great to have the packaging and label sent to make the prices very simple. fab service. Bought a Pixel 8 in excellent condition and really it was as good as new. No scratches on the screen or body. It was a really good price too. I've bought Google phones since the Nexus S and often got them direct from Google. Unless you are getting a freebie in exchange for paying full price, I don't see why you wouldn't get it from Backmarket for much less money for the same phone and warranty.

This is a great little phone. Battery is excellent (at least compared to my older Samsung S10+) and it provides everything I need. Its taking me a little while to make sure all my apps log in corrrectly and I am in the process of changing my SIM provider. It will be nice to see how this works with 5G. I really cant see why people pay thousands for a new phone when this, with 5 years left of the support envelope and perfectly good performance characteristics, is available for a fraction of the price. This is my 3rd (possibly 4th?) purchase through Backmarket and my first port of call whenever I need/want a refurbished phone - which isn't that often as these "nearly new" options keep me going for a few years at least.

Great phone, delivered quickly and in immaculate condition. Didn't say it was originally a Japanese model though, so I can't turn off the shutter sounds on the camera. Probably would have chosen a different one had I known that before.

Overall pretty happy with my purchase of a Pixel. Was understandably nervous about spending over £300 on a refurbished phone but it works very smoothly and the battery life, one of my main worries, is excellent - up to 2 days with my use. I chose an "excellent" condition phone, the screen and body are immaculate, no signs of any use. There is a slight scrape on the camera bar which is noticeable but really not an issue especially as I now have the phone in a case. I am missing the design, ergonomics and lighter weight of my Samsung S10, the Pixel 8 is noticeably heavier and thicker and the protruding camera bar takes a bit of getting used to. But the Pixel 8 is faster and with much smoother connectivity. The camera app is a pleasure to use and gives great results. The Back Market website is very well designed and made it easy to choose a phone. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a phone from Back Market again based on my experience. I've saved ££s and helped the environment. The only reason I rate my experience as "Pretty Good" rather than "Awesome" is because I ordered the slightly more expensive grey model, but received a cheaper black model. But I elected to keep this as wasn'...
