I'm happy about the laptop and the price I payed. However for that price I would have expected it to be cleaned properly. The laptop absolutely stinks of cigarettes. When the fans turn on the smell is made even worse. Yes, I needed to get it cleaned in alcohol but I'd have expected it to not stink from the beginning.

Very pleased with this order ! First time getting refurbished equipment and honestly I will order again ! The description matches the product which was one scary point at first (RAM, size, GB, MHz, etc). Packed very safely and rolled in plastic to spot any issues at first sight.

I ordered the ‘good’ spec out of fair, good and excellent. There are two minor scratches on the body of the laptop (they’re tiny and if I didn’t look around I wouldn’t have found them) but other than that it’s basically brand new! Quick to set up. Graphics are good and the speed is really good. Absolutely brilliant! Would recommend to anyone!

Laptop works great. Only thing that I would complain about is the broken screw in the front. The laptop was not new new so I knew what I was getting myself into, just irritating to view and see whenever I use the laptop. It definitely needs more RAM, but that’s for myself to sort out

No nonsense approach. Love it. One thing I'd love to see is the option to customise it. I would have loved to upgrade it to 32 gb ram before getting it.

Laptop in excellent condition all round except battery life a bit short, but then you kind of expect that with used tech items. Price was good and delivery within couple of days even over Christmas 👍

The case was a little broken but it was an easy fix, other then that works as intended and came earlier then expected

I haven't really dive in the laptop that much but the few things and features add its performance is amazing prefect
