    Ordered a refurbished phone through Back market - specifically sold by 4gadgets - and couldn't be happier. The phone is in absolutely perfect condition, and this is coming from someone who very fussy and meticulous about his devices. It was delivered earlier than expected by a full three days, so credit to the seller for such a quick dispatch. I always buy my phones brand new directly from Samsung,but thought I'd give a refurb a try after reading the reviews, and I made a massive saving. I highly recommend Back market and have done already to family members. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

    After tooing and throwing about these brilliant deals on reconditioned phones, ( which I have never bought) I eventually bit the bullet and went for the galaxy z5. I was a very apprehensive I am astounded at how easy it was to order and how quick it turned up, when I opened the box, again another surprise at how like a new the phone is, just a tiny scratch when folded on the join.I am well impressed with back market and I tell everyone who is looking for another phone, I will never get a contract again. This phone is in mint condition. I love this phone

    I'm very pleased with my new refurbished phone its looks brand new. I couldn't see any marks or scratches on it at all. Ordering was easy, delivery was on time & quick. Well worth saving yourself hundreds of pounds buying it this way.

    So happy using backmarket. I finally found an online exclusive color. I had the graphite and traded it in. The fingerprints and boring color just weren't me. The blue z flip 5 is in immaculate condition, works perfect and I got it for half the price of a new one on Samsung. I use Samsung as they finance and a good rate and it is reported to credit agencies. To top the awesome phone of, Klarna let me pay for this in three payments. Not too shabby. I really wanted green but, I is hard to come by. Blue was second choice. If y'all need a case for this, do not spend 50 with Samsung, go to amazon and get an Oretech one. Covers the hinge and comes with a screen protector. I will be using backmarket for the z flip 6 definitely. Thanks to 4 gadgets for the two day early delivery and backmarket for being so responsive.     Phone arrived after a few days and is absolutely immaculate. Honestly didn't know what to expect, even with the option of a "very good" condition phone, but I am genuinely blown away. It looks brand new and being virtually half the price of a new handset from Samsung I am over the moon with my purchase!

    The Galaxy Flip phone I purchased for my elderly husband for Christmas arrived in immaculate condition. We had a job (we had to pay Vodafone £25 to do it) moving all his photos and contacts over from his iPhone to the Android Samsung. Being 84 he is not good with devices but he gets better every day. Thanks for sending it pronto. Good service and although I paid nearly the new price the phone we received was in excellent condition. Thanks. Teisha Aldiss.

    I ordered a 'good' quality Z Flip 5 and what I got was excellent. Not a blemish on front or back screens. It also arrived the next day despite the order confirmation suggesting a 3-4 day wait. Second phone I've bought on Backmarket and it won't be the last.

    Bought this mobile but the screen heated up very quickly and due to this the touchscreen temporarily stopped working at the top, this isn't the standard I was expecting from such a successful website and I'm unhappy with this aspect, however the phone did arrive on schedule, this is the only thing stopping me from leaving a bad
