Purchased this phone for my partners birthday, she's a bit picky when it comes to refurbished equipment, but I shouldn't have worried phone in perfect condition and she loves it.It was despatched the same day and delivered the next.I would recommend you look at phones on here before spending your hard earned cash on a new phone.

Phone is beautiful and in really good condition. The only problem I had was that the phone was and continue to default to Korean language. I turned this off first thing, as I do not speak Korean, but it still pops up in odd places, like in certain parts of the settings. Overall very happy with the phone, but perhaps the refurbished could reset the phone to English thoroughly before selling in an English-speaking country.

So far all seems very good. The zflip 5 is in perfect condition,lovely phone,feel bad having to put a cover on it as it looks so good without one. Delivered quickly as always. I have bought a few phones from back market now,and recommended to relatives,so far we have had no issues.

Not a mark on the phone. Really happy with purchase. Don't think I will have a new phone again. Plenty of choice with refurbished ones.

Had the z flip 5 now for a week and it's working really well. It was listed as fair condition with slight marks, the only marks were on the outside of the hinge at the top but these were minor. Both large screen and front small screen were perfect with no marks. Everything is working as expected and really well. Really happy with the product and will use BackMarket again for future tech purchase's Cheers Mike

Had my new phone for a few weeks now. Great phone and it does what I want. This is my 2nd purchase on BackMarket and I'm very impressed. Battery is like new phone is in very good condition. There is one 1cm shallow scratch on the front screen and that is it. Happy with the value for what I paid.
