Delighted with my new Samsung Z Flip5. It arrived quickly, and looks brand spanking new! Does not look refurbished - not a scratch on it! In immaculate condition. Very pleased - about half the price of buying a brand new phone.

I won't lie, I was dubious about buying a reconditioned phone but I'm so glad I did. I am really happy with my purchase. My phone looked like brand new and did not disappoint! To anyone toying with the idea, go ahead! Back Market is the way to go!

After tooing and throwing about these brilliant deals on reconditioned phones, ( which I have never bought) I eventually bit the bullet and went for the galaxy z5. I was a very apprehensive I am astounded at how easy it was to order and how quick it turned up, when I opened the box, again another surprise at how like a new the phone is, just a tiny scratch when folded on the join.I am well impressed with back market and I tell everyone who is looking for another phone, I will never get a contract again. This phone is in mint condition. I love this phone

After a wobbly start the phone settled down and I have no complaints in fact it is brilliant for the price paid.. Previously I had a Samsung A20e which had constant problems because it could not pick up any signals whether Whatsap wifi or local signals - we live in a poor signal area.. I haven't got to grips with the different pressure needed for various different functions but no doubt I will. Thank you

Very pleasantly surprised. Thought I was taking a risk buying refurbished but the phone is in an excellent condition and I'm very happy with my purchase. Would definitely recommend.
