I won't lie, I was dubious about buying a reconditioned phone but I'm so glad I did. I am really happy with my purchase. My phone looked like brand new and did not disappoint! To anyone toying with the idea, go ahead! Back Market is the way to go!

For a "Fair" item I am blown away, there are no obvious flaws or blemishes and the phone looks pristine when opened, this is my second smartphone from Back market and I can honestly say I am pleased to deal with them, I had a couple of questions, emailed and was given the answers promptly. definitely a company I am glad to do business with.

So happy using backmarket. I finally found an online exclusive color. I had the graphite and traded it in. The fingerprints and boring color just weren't me. The blue z flip 5 is in immaculate condition, works perfect and I got it for half the price of a new one on Samsung. I use Samsung as they finance and a good rate and it is reported to credit agencies. To top the awesome phone of, Klarna let me pay for this in three payments. Not too shabby. I really wanted green but, I is hard to come by. Blue was second choice. If y'all need a case for this, do not spend 50 with Samsung, go to amazon and get an Oretech one. Covers the hinge and comes with a screen protector. I will be using backmarket for the z flip 6 definitely. Thanks to 4 gadgets for the two day early delivery and backmarket for being so responsive. I absolutely love this Galaxy z flip 5. So classy and petite to comfortably fit in my pocket or bag. Easy to open, and lovely smooth screen. Easy to set up to view any apps you put on without even having to open it up. Just a really nice phone. Lovely Mauve colour and shiny all round. Great purchase, - thank you very much.

I received the item in 2 days flat, packaging was great along with accessories, the condition was fine as ordered, no problems at all barring my massive worry about the phone folding lol, I hardly used it in fear of it, not the right phone for me, but if it is for you I'd 100% advise it

Too good to be true 🤔 Mr Sceptic rolled the dice and came up with a double 6, Sky offered me the same phone £55 PM for a 2 year contract…. really!! Paid £416 for a fully functioning as new phone with a 12 month warranty what’s not to like. Of course I will trading in my Z3 Flip in excellent condition so the acid test is whether the trade in price is honoured, I took photos just in case to validate the condition as a precaution. I shall wait and see… Thank you I’ve saved a small fortune and would definitely recommend using Backmarket again. Guy
