Ordered Flip Phone for Grandson Birthday so obviously wanted it to look new - It's Amazing not a mark on it holds a charge very well Delivered on time in a nice presentation box his Birthday not until 26 March so hasn't been used yet will update when he has it.

The Samsung Flip 4 is an excellent phone. I have owned one for 2 years and loved to flip it closed. Its easier to carry and great to take pictures and videos with, especially when it half closed. You don't need to shoved it in their face ! The only problem is the phone is known to wear after it has been opened and shut hundred of times and the connection between the two halves stop working with costly repairs. For me it lasted two years. Could be worse, could be better. Would I buy a new one ? No. But I am happy to buy a replacement from Back Market for a fraction of the cost ! Absolutely. The replacement looks, as new. Cannot fault it. I'm Happy.

I have wanted a Samsung Galaxy Flip for ages. I don't need the latest version of a phone so I was happy to opt the Flip phone 4. I am very pleased. The phone looks brand new, the screen is amazing. If I used my phone more I would be concerned about the length of battery charge but for me it is fine.

Bought this Samsung z flip 4 in excellent condition was cheaper than buying it in good condition Came next day and to my surprise with the original box too. not a single mark or scratch on the phone 😁 I was very anxious while buying this phone I've seen alot of bad reviews, so I also got insurance with it too. Happy it came with one year warranty too just In case (i also bought a case) All positive things at the moment, il update the review in a few weeks to say how it's getting on 🙂

wanted a flip phone but didn't want to spend out to much on a contract and not like it...my daughter to me about back market... had a look and found the galaxy z 4 flip phone...ordered on the 22rd and it arrived the next day 5⭐️ for that ☺️ I went for the "fair" condition.. and can't find one mark on it, screen and back in excellent condition,5⭐️ again...only downfall is the battery life but im used to charing my phone during the day due to my usage..my old phone was a Samsung so no problems setting up and navigation, overall happy with my purchase and will definitely shop here and in the future 😊

this is the 3rd device that I have purchased from Back Market and I am absolutely delighted with it. I opted for the 'good' condition and have yet again recieved a device in immaculate condition...complete with Samsung original screen protectors. I recieved my new device in just 24hrs after purchase (which was actually quicker than my husband revieved his upgraded device from Vodafone!) I have no negative feedback for Back Market and will definitely use them again when I want to upgrade this device. I have and will continue to recommend to family and friends. the phone i ordered is in perfect condition. saved an absolute fortune. only thing which is not companies fault is the package had been opened. it doesn't seem to have had any effect on the phone but was a bit upset when I relieved it. the box to phone had also been opened by courier! apart from that I wouldn't hesitate to order from back market again. thank u

It's a really good phone, there is just 1 fault with it which is when it folds to close it does make a noise like the screen is going to break. The phone came in excellent condition bit after a few days of having it the noise started but apart from that it's a really good phone

It is a lovely piece of kit. It took a bit longer to get comfortable with it than I thought it would, but well worth the trouble Arranging apps exactly where I want them can be tricky, but that's s small thing. As an old geezer I enlarge the font to max. Not a good idea. Samsung should rethink their parameters. I couldn't play the Nat. Lottery because the "play now" button had dropped off the bottom of my maxed out screen. Quite amusing and I reduced font size a bit and I'm now losing money on a weekly basis as before All in all Samsung have designed a very nice phone here. Your service? When you say "good" quality you do yourselves an injustice. Great phones delivered promptly and at excellent prices Nuff said.
