wanted a flip phone but didn't want to spend out to much on a contract and not like it...my daughter to me about back market... had a look and found the galaxy z 4 flip phone...ordered on the 22rd and it arrived the next day 5⭐️ for that ☺️ I went for the "fair" condition.. and can't find one mark on it, screen and back in excellent condition,5⭐️ again...only downfall is the battery life but im used to charing my phone during the day due to my usage..my old phone was a Samsung so no problems setting up and navigation, overall happy with my purchase and will definitely shop here and in the future 😊

this is the 3rd device that I have purchased from Back Market and I am absolutely delighted with it. I opted for the 'good' condition and have yet again recieved a device in immaculate condition...complete with Samsung original screen protectors. I recieved my new device in just 24hrs after purchase (which was actually quicker than my husband revieved his upgraded device from Vodafone!) I have no negative feedback for Back Market and will definitely use them again when I want to upgrade this device. I have and will continue to recommend to family and friends. Fantastic service and purchase. I was a little worried about buying a reconditioned phone,not knowing what to really expect. But my concerns disappeared when my Flip4 arrived. The condition said very good, but it was like new. Not a mark or scratch on it. I've left it for 2 weeks to leave a review just so I could be confident in the phone's operation. Again it's just like a new phone and hasn't missed a beat. I certainly won't be buying a new phone again. I had to buy a charger and cable separately even though a cable came with the phone. That's just so I could charge at 25 watts which is much quicker. Excellent shopping experience.

So pleased! This is my first experience using Backmarket and purchasing a refurbished phone. The quality of the phone is like new and was packaged really nicely with a charger. So far I have been using the new phone for a couple of weeks and it's met all of my expectations. So far, so good. This was for my dad who keeps asking for a smaller phone and this was perfect to fit in his pocket. I don't like the folding design, but I can see the benefit and Backmarket did a great job with shipping.
