In a bid to gift my wife a birthday surprise, I ordered Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G 128GB for her, which she turned out not to like because it didn't meet her expectations. However, the phone was neat and nice except that the battery wasn't so great. I also expected the camera to be superb, being 108mp, but surprisingly, it didn't meet my expectations. As a result of this, I had to return the phone, and I must say the whole process was seamless and remarkable. My customer service experience was quite outstanding.

Just as ordered.. works perfectly & unmarked, super swift delivery, as an upgrade for my old J5 its another world - superb. Would i buy another from them.. Oh yes and i did, i orded another S10 plus for the wife for a Xmas prezzy.. Thanks Guys.. Martin.

Ordered Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G listed as excellent condition. Truly, there is not a mark on it. It arrived a day earlier than originally estimated and Backmarket kept me informed the whole way through the process. I've never bought a used phone before, and was a bit worried but I'd like to reassure anyone else that product quality and customer service are second to none.

Prior to ordering 2 Galaxy s20 ultras from Backmarket I ordered the same refurbished phones via an Amazon partner. Both these phones had faults whereas the Backmarket ones work perfectly. They were delivered promptly and are in great condition.

Ordered the phone (Samsung S20 Ultra) delivered quicker than detailed on the confirmation by DPL - with tracking & packaged up so well for delivery. All working as expected copied the data from my old phone

Would definitely recommend Back Market, the service was amazing phone arrived within 24hrs of ordering and delivered by DPD. The phone was in excellent condition, was as described. Being my first time order a refurbished phone I went for the best one, and was not disappointed. The phone came with a phone case, nice little touch. When I next require a phone, Back Market will be my first call.

this is the second phone i have ordered from this site and i am really pleased with the quality of the products i have bought i am pleased and i will use them again i would recommend this site to everyone if you want to save money then use Back market because you want be disappointed

I've sent my old phone back but you keep requesting that I send it back. New phone's camera doesn't focus in 1x or 2x. looking forward to getting paid for my old phone.

The phone came as described. Excellent condition. I had problems with the phone losing signal from my service provider 3 I had to keep turning the sim off and back on to get a connection. I tried another sim from someone on Lebara and that worked with no issues. I changed my provider to Lebara and no issues since.
