Prior to ordering 2 Galaxy s20 ultras from Backmarket I ordered the same refurbished phones via an Amazon partner. Both these phones had faults whereas the Backmarket ones work perfectly. They were delivered promptly and are in great condition.

I have bought from black market before. Once again true to form you get what is described on the website. I would definitely purchase again in the future. Thanks to the team at BM.

In a bid to gift my wife a birthday surprise, I ordered Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G 128GB for her, which she turned out not to like because it didn't meet her expectations. However, the phone was neat and nice except that the battery wasn't so great. I also expected the camera to be superb, being 108mp, but surprisingly, it didn't meet my expectations. As a result of this, I had to return the phone, and I must say the whole process was seamless and remarkable. My customer service experience was quite outstanding.

My refurbished phone arrived the next day after I placed my order. The phone is in excellent condition and I transferred all the info/apps/contacts etc using the Smart Switch app in about 15-20 mins. I am extremely happy with the quality of the phone and the service I received.

Just as ordered.. works perfectly & unmarked, super swift delivery, as an upgrade for my old J5 its another world - superb. Would i buy another from them.. Oh yes and i did, i orded another S10 plus for the wife for a Xmas prezzy.. Thanks Guys.. Martin.

Ordered Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G listed as excellent condition. Truly, there is not a mark on it. It arrived a day earlier than originally estimated and Backmarket kept me informed the whole way through the process. I've never bought a used phone before, and was a bit worried but I'd like to reassure anyone else that product quality and customer service are second to none.

hi ordered an s20 samsung galaxy as we wanted to retain the sd card option. It arrived promptly. However the phone was still locked to Verison. The customer help team contacted the seller and the issue was sorted quickly. great value combined with geat service. Thanks

this is the second phone i have ordered from this site and i am really pleased with the quality of the products i have bought i am pleased and i will use them again i would recommend this site to everyone if you want to save money then use Back market because you want be disappointed
