terrbile the screen has some lines going across the screen and trying to contact customer service is just a mess they dont care there are problem with imei of the phone due to their mistake on the app and I am having problem with claiming a repair that I have aswell paid for.not recommending to anyone

Das Handy wurde schnell geliefert und funktioniert einwandfrei, von daher alles perfekt. Einziger Minuspunkt: der Zusteller konnte es zuhause bei mir nicht direkt abliefern, da ich nicht da war. Deshalb wurde es in ein Paketzentrum gebracht. Grundsätzlich nicht schlimm, aber dann könnte man ja wenigstens eine kurze Nachricht in den Briefkasten stecken, damit der Kunde bescheid weiß, anstatt erst alles abzusuchen und die Nachbarn zu fragen und sich dann durch die Paketverfolgung zu quälen. Das könnte man definitiv besser machen!
