customer service was amazing they found a problem with the phone we had ordered so refused to sell it and gave us the chance to have it in a different colour which I thought was so nice of them. phone is perfect and delivery was quick

TBH, this backmarket things is everything you've ever dreamt of. Price was fab, product was to a great standard (and I went for the cheapest one), but oh my, much better than paying full price and getting a decent phone. These guys are throwing out phones that look brand new. I choose “fair” condition and it was spotless. I’m never going anywhere else! Saved hundreds and have a brand new looking phone for a very very low price!!!!! Don’t be afraid to go for the “fair” condition - they’re epic!

I thought i was ordering a note 10 lite. When I looked for the Spen, i could not find it. To my surprise, its an S10 lite. It is actually my fault coz i was looking for a white colored phone. Anyway, i found out that this unit has better battery & fingerprint sensor, less heating issues, lighter, and more attractive(than the silver note 10 lite) so i will keep it. Overall, never regretted ordering the wrong unit as BM offers warranty if ever i change my mind.

My Father got me the Samsung galaxy s10 lite for a first phone, its pretty decent for a new phone or in general. we are pretty happy with the battery,storage especially the camera!! And its really good for a first phone.We recommend a!!
