Had heard of back Market but not used them before. Was in 2 minds whether to order from them but on reading reviews thought I would give them a try. Pleasantly surprised. The delivery was fast, the condition of the phone was better than expected . I had a note 20 ultra previously but changed for a different Samsung galaxy but couldn't get on with it and wanted to get another note 20 but as they no longer sell them new had to get a refurbished. Glad I did

As advertised, immaculate and ready to go after smartswitch ran it's course. Never had any problem with a backmarket supplied product. I get them for my family as well as myself. No complaints from them.

This phone is even more than I expected to recieve. Big and bold with a beautiful display to match. A more than sound sounding stereo speaker setup that allows you to listen to whatever your heart desires. The build quality is nothing short of exquisite, feeling premium from the minute you lay fingers on the device. The software is near flawless, everything has been smooth sailing thus far, living up to expectations and the storage provides more than enough space to download your favourite apps, games or even store a few videos and images. Then again, you could save extra space by using a micro sd card for the last two! Sound quality on calls is really good, I've been told it almost is as if I was in front of the person I was having a conversation with, and that says it all. So far, so good, and upon recieving the phone, it was in decent packaging and even better physical and visual quality, which is something you always worry about when it comes to buying refurbished, but on this occasion, I was far from dissapointed.

The Mobile is in mint Condition.I ordered one in " Good Condition". I wasnt expecting such a mobile to be honest, though the back casing is Renewed its not the orignal one, still the phone is upto the mark. I am happy.

the is good and very well refurbished and arrived as expected but it does have some issues the display isn't original oem display amd the fingerprints with side buttons don't as expected everything else is good

The website is great, however the phone I received wasn't the professionally refurbished phone I was told I would receive. It looked great, but after 10 minutes of use it kept turning itself on and off and touch response was very poor
