Excellent Note 20 Ultra. Great quality, price & experience. Backmarket.co.uk are THE best for refurbished phones. I had an issue with the first one & the phone was replaced with the least amount of hassle, with the most extensive, complete & fantastic customer service. Excellent from start to finish. Also, I got insurance with them which is extremely difficult to get elsewhere for a second hand phone. I cannot recommend Backmarket.co.uk enough.

As advertised, immaculate and ready to go after smartswitch ran it's course. Never had any problem with a backmarket supplied product. I get them for my family as well as myself. No complaints from them.

I got the samsung galaxy note20 ultra 5g which had a FAIR condition onit, The communication from the vendor was on point at every stage the delivery by dpd was on time and well informed payment via KLARNA was very easy and the phone... the condition was so much better than i expected, very minor nicks on the metal - does not affect the overall look screen is scratch free did i get lucky? not sure but very happy on my 1st day of using the phone. Would i buy from this retailer again??? YES :)

Phone arrived in excellent condition. You could've fooled me if you told me it was brand new. Came in a plain cardboard box with a charging cable. Delivery was fast and came exactly when they said it would. Don't think I'll ever buy a new phone again after this, can't go wrong with refurbished!

I am so very pleased with this purchase. There was no hassle ordering, the only hassle I had was deciding which one to finally order 😅. This feels like a brand new phone, works like a dream and looks damn good! My daughter was gushing on about how nice the phone is, when I told her I got it from BackMarket, she was surprised and said that she had heard about them but didn't trust ordering anything. When she saw my phone and heard how quickly I got my order, she immediately ordered an earpiece for her iPhone. I am recommending this site to everyone!!! Outstanding service from start to finish! From the moment I made the purchase until delivery, everything was seamless. The phone is in excellent condition, and everything functions perfectly. The only downside is the preinstalled apps from Three, which can be quite a hassle to disable.

I was very disappointed since I bought this phone which was rates excellent however it had a pretty obvious defect which could have been easily spotted by the technicians and fixed before shipping. They charging port was damaged and it doesn't hold the charger inside. I was however refunded but this has resulted in loss of time as the process of sending back the device takes about a week to complete and it takes up to 5 days for money to reflect back into your account.
