Ordered one day and delivered the next - great service! It has a screen protector on it which is curious because I believe it's a new phone - still had the original plastic protection film intact, so if it has been used it must have been in a very good protective case. Phone arrived with no aesthetic problems, but had serious technical issues. The fingerprint sensor did not work, the phone's touchscreen received phantom inputs whenever the phone was charging, and the camera rattled. I also believe I was actually sent the wrong phone, as it was a note20 Ultra 5g. Sent back for repair and the seller decided they couldn't repair it and i am now awaiting the refund to come through. I am now paying and extra £15 for the same model phone (from a different backmarket seller).
