I’ve always wanted an Apple Watch and am very happy indeed with my choice. It’s exactly as I requested and having real fun finding out what I can do with it. I’ve already bought watch straps at they change the look for when it’s every day or a special occasion. Love it and thank you to all Back Market staff involved.

First time using back market and I really love the watch that I got! You cannot tell that it is refurbished!! The look and feel is absolutely brand new and I would totally recommend Backmarket. The only downside is the bands that come aren’t original but it isn’t a great dealbreaker as you can always get your own band elsewhere like I did. Overall! I am very happy with the product and will definitely consider using it again!

I received my Apple Watch series 9 within 24hrs of ordering . It was packed well, in original packaging. It’s looks soo new to me. I’m over the moon.

I ordered this watch for my daughter. I chose the 'excellent' condition and it didn't disappoint. Other than not being in an 'apple' box, it was in pristine condition. All functions are working as expected. We couldn't be happier with the purchase.

Backmarket customer experience was first class. I bought an Apple Watch series 9, which I am slightly disappointed with. It is in excellent condition as described on the site. However, poor battery life is of particular concern to me. I’m still considering returning for exchange/ upgrade.
