My watch was an apple refurbished item - sealed! Under Apple warranty, it's a new model! Really happy with my purchase!!

Backmarket customer experience was first class. I bought an Apple Watch series 9, which I am slightly disappointed with. It is in excellent condition as described on the site. However, poor battery life is of particular concern to me. I’m still considering returning for exchange/ upgrade.

I’ve always wanted an Apple Watch and am very happy indeed with my choice. It’s exactly as I requested and having real fun finding out what I can do with it. I’ve already bought watch straps at they change the look for when it’s every day or a special occasion. Love it and thank you to all Back Market staff involved.

This was my second Apple Watch ordered from black market, I was originally apprehensive as the first watch I ordered broke after 2 weeks but after I was refunded I decided to buy this one and I’m really happy I did! The seller posted very fast and the watch, charger and accessories came in the original Apple packaging and the battery life is 100%. So far so good!

It’s very cool, clean, and presentable. However, I am not happy with the strap and the changer. The Apple Watch itself is amazing. Please I want to use this moment to let you know that it is very different without the real Apple Watch charger.

Yeah and I bought is not good. It won’t work. The last customer had it has not taken their details of the phone off the watch so I can’t pay it to mine. £281 is a lot of money for me. I thought I was doing it getting a good watch it is a good watch by the way, but I can’t use it and I don’t know how to And what are we going to do about it? If you’re not gonna do anything about it? Can I have the money back, please.
