It is 100% genuine. Good battery. Quick delivery. The device is just superb in general. Price is very reasonable as well for such an excellent refurbished item. Had this with a trade-in and got the payment in less than a week. This is my first time to buy from backmarket and I am gonna buy tech items from here again for sure.

Very happy with my purchase was slightly worried about buying refurbished however upon arrival no issues and very happy with the service provided would highly recommend buying refurbished as they feel brand new down to the unboxing experience

Never had any AirPods before so I cannot really compare but wow I just love them! However a bit frustrated that having bought them the next week they bring out the 3rd generation with further additional features. However, they are just great.

I’ve always bought phones or tablets but my first time buying AirPods! Not disappointed at all as these were a fraction of the price for the new but they work amazingly well not a single issue with connecting or the quality. So pleased!

Such a good deal. I’m not much of a tech guru so I really can’t tell any difference from a new product. The sound quality is amazing and all the audio features are so cool. Yet to see how good the battery life is

The AirPods came in perfect condition, which was amazing, but they came still connected to the previous owner’s iCloud Account, which is annoying because my iCloud is unable to process them as my device, showing me notifications all the time that the owner can see their location.

Great product and was in excellent condition, as described. However, the charge cable was very cheap and of poor quality and performance, and wouldn’t charge the pods - I had to use an existing cable. I know good cables are expensive but either don’t provide a cable or provide a decent one.

Came in excellent condition and I’m really happy with the product.

The AirPods are overall great. In good condition, clean and like brand new. Came with a used but original apple packaging too. Shop was kind enough to put in a charging cable. The case is also in great condition. However, right AirPod crackles at certain pitches or frequencies for some songs.
