    Sonos roam speaker that crackles slightly. Disappointed that the product was faulty given that it was a Christmas present but it doesn't matter, it happens, we send it back. Rather easy return procedure. EXCEPT that backmarket contacted me saying that the retailer (Kopacabana) was disputing the fact that the speaker sent had a different serial number. I sent back the same speaker I had received (no mistake, I don't have another speaker of this brand). I don't know if it's a real error on the part of the retailer or the beginnings of a scam... To be continued.
