    It had clearly not been properly tested as the battery collapsed within 24 hours of being charged, despite having minimal use and being turned off for most of the time. It has therefore been returned and I am awaiting it's return or replacement. This experience makes a mockery of your claims about testing and reconditioning.

    I bought the switch OLED model in "Excellent" condition. Firstly it took quite a long time to arrive. On arrival I was confused as it turned up in a box for an alarm clock and felt very light. Once I opened the box all that was in it was the switch, 2 joycons and a USB-C cable all loose in the box without any padding. Not at all what you expect. The console had obvious signs of heavy use, lots of scratches, broken edges on the joysticks and significant wear on all sides of the device. Also without all the other parts of the switch you would expect like the dock, cables and contoller accessories. This experience really made me question how the refurbishment and quality control process works. It will take a lot for me to buy here again unfortunately

    I ordered a used Nintendo Switch in “Excellent” condition from Back Market as a Christmas gift. According to the description, “Excellent” should mean almost like new, with no scratches and minimal wear. Unfortunately, the console arrived with a scratch on the screen, worn-down joysticks, and visible dirt in multiple areas, including around the edges and ports. It looked like it hadn’t even been cleaned or properly refurbished, and based on condition alone, it wouldn’t even qualify as “Good.” After contacting support, they confirmed that the device actually matched “Fair” condition, which means I was completely mis-sold the item I paid for. I’ve now had to request a refund and look for another console last-minute before Christmas, which is really disappointing considering what was advertised. Overall, the item arrived nothing like “Excellent” condition and felt mis-graded from the start

    I ordered this PS4 controller expecting it to be in excellent condition, as advertised. Unfortunately, what I received was far from that. The controller arrived in very ordinary condition, with visible signs of wear, and worst of all, the back button didn’t work at all. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I paid for what was supposed to be a premium-quality item. I had to return it because it simply wasn’t usable. Definitely not the “excellent condition” that was promised
