Watch came very quickly and in excellent condition. My only small gripe is that it came with a very cheap generic strap which lessened the appearance of the watch. Im not sure the battery life is quite as good as Samsung suggest, but then i expect this has something to do with it being a refurb. Id say it lasts 2 days with certain battery savung features rather than the 80hrs advertised

The watch is practically brand new. Either I was lucky, or the refurbishment in this case was amazing. Package had clearly been opened (from new), and some of the plastic packaging holding stuff together was ripped, but the watch itself is in perfect condition. 100% recommended, and looking forward to my 3rd purchase 👍

Fantastic experience, I'm not sure if I got a new device or refurbished, the box was sealed and everything inside too. I'm beyond happy with a great deal I have got. And the watch Galaxy 5 pro is really cool.

iv brought a few phones from backmarket now and never been let down. i got a watch this "time" which turned out awesome ( it was in top nick condition ) im struggling to get a golfing app on it but that's a me thing and I'm shore ill figure it out cheers guys and gals rich

I was determined to buy my husband a smart watch. He had wanted once since he bought me mine. It was easy to find and purchase. When it arrived it was in the original box seal unbroken. It was brand new and has worked like a dream since buying it in June.

No probs with the watch, all good. Disappointed with the strap. The small pin broke within days whilst I was fitting it. Had to purchase another. Obviously not a genuine product. See how we go.
