Love my new phone. It's the first time I've bought a refurbished phone from this company and I will probably always use them from now on.

Fantastic refurbished phone looks brand new, will definately buy from here again. My son is delighted with his new phone.

Very pleased so far in general. The phone looks new and it operates well doing everything I want it to do. The only negative is that the battery seems to run down quite quickly. It appears to be no better than my old discarded phone. I regret not having a new battery.

This is my 4th phone from Backmarket and not disappointed so far. I was worried about choosing something from the lower end of the midrange Galaxy A, but so far very pleased with how it looks and how it performs.

Phone arrived as advised. Very happy with phone condition, excellent really surpassed my expectations. Seems to do what I need a phone to do. Amazing price compared to buying a new phone which would instantly be second hand. Couldnt recommend them more highly. A perfect way for me to get more power for a reasonable price.

I was apprehensive at first but after checking the reviews and comparing prices on other sites, I gave Back Market a go. The phone came relatively quickly, and was exactly as described. There was the tiniest of scratches on the screen which was why it was cheaper than others but I had to search to find it. It looks new to me. Everything work excellently and the battery stays charged for a very long time. I have a phone that is nearly half the price of a new one, and so I was able to get a better, newer model than I thought I could afford. I'd definitely recommend Back Market to anyone, especially if you are unsure whether to purchase from them... Do it!
