I was somewhat sceptical about buying a refurbished phone having never done it before. However, thought I'd give it a try. I went for the fair grade phone expecting scratches, dings, marks etc all over it. My only want was the screens to be good enough, as I was planning on putting a case in anyway. The phone, however, is immaculate. I don't know how this is a fair graded phone, because it looks like new! I can't imagine how the higher grade phones look, they must literally be as new. Bought for my husband. He chose the phone after seeing a friend with it. I have set most of it up for him, and I knew this would probably be the case. Have no complaints. The phone is so easy to work with. He loves the use of all screens and is enjoying using it. There were no accessories with the phone but had to leave a mark. I am very happy with my new fold 4 phone. I did actually end up with a different colour than what I ordered but I don't care about the colour because the case covers it all anyway.
